Howard Lawson, 72, of Syracuse, passed away at his home on Monday. He was born in York, Alabama, to the union of the late Ardiela and Van Lawson. He retired from Local 433 in 1994. He was predeceased by his daughter, Glenda Faye. Survivors: his daughters, Melissa Lawson and Lisa Simpson, both of Syracuse; brothers, Frank, Billy and Robert Lawson of Syracuse and Fred Lawson of York, AL; sisters, Lizzie Collins of Buffalo, Betty Tolbert of Syracuse and Gussie Williams of York, AL; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Calling Hours: 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at FARONE & SON. Funeral Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday in Bethesda Temple Pentecostal Church, 711 E Fayette St. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery.
