Confederate Soldier. Served as a Private with Company H of the 6th Alabama Infantry. He was wounded near Washington D.C. ,left behind he was captured and taken to Fort McHenry in Baltimore ,MD . He died the following day due to infection .Originally buried in the Fort's soldier's grave he was subsequently moved to Loudon Park National Cemetery . According to the service card in the Alabama Department of History Archives Hugh's name is spelled Frasier.
