ROTH FUNERAL IS HELD TODAY
FINAL RITES HELD THIS MORNING IN HOLY FAMILY CATHOLIC CHURCH

Funeral services for Mrs. John C Roth were held this morning in Holy Family Catholic Church.
A high mass was celebrated Rev. C. E. O'Flaherty being the celebrant.
Pallbearers for the service were four grandsons, John Roth Jr. , Charles Smith, Frank Wooley, and Ed Roth and Edward Michels and William Kearney. Interment was made in Calvary Cemetery by the side of her husband, who preceded her five years ago.
Mrs. Barbara Roth was born in Bavaria, Germany and emigrated to this country with her parents while quite young. The family settled in at Milwaukee, Wis. where her girlhood days were spent. She was married there to John C. Roth, and moved to Madison Wis., where she resided with her husband and family until 1882, when the move to Mitchell was made.
The deceased was survived by four children, Charles Roth, Mrs C.F. Wooley, both of Mitchell and Mrs. Ed Gurius and A.A, Roth of Maquoketa, Iowa. all of whom were present at the funeral.
