Preston Jackson, born in marion county tenn 1824 son of
Churchwell Jackson jr.and Mary Ann [Coffelt]Jackson. He
served in the civil War, Union Army, company F.1st Ark.Inf. [Fayetteville Volunteers] He married Adaline Aldridge of Tenn about 1848. They lived in newton co ark according to 1860 and 1870 census. they had 11 children,Thomas L. Mary,
William, David c,James Elsa, Milis, Alexander{aka} Dock a. ,Rebecca,
Tennessee, Sarah, Elsaberry. Preston was my great grandfather. Don Jackson
