Born & educated in Salem, daughter of the late Arthur and Katherine(O'Brien). Worked as a telephone operator at the Salem office of New England Telephone & Telegraph, prior to her marriage.
Wife of the late George W. Aylwin. Survived by son, George W.Aylwin Jr.of New Smyrna; a daughter, Eleanor Sampson of Peabody; 12 grandchildre; many nieces & nephews. Sister of the late Arthur Kavanaugh.
Funeral Mass in New Smyrna Beach. Burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Salem.
