Cornell was born November 4, 1931 in Mecklenburg County to John and Tealie Plowman. She is loved and cherished by son, Tim Outen, grandson John Outen his wife and daughter Jeannie and Josie, sister Frances Sustar and many friends and extended family.
Visitation will be held 6PM followed by a memorial service at 7PM on Monday, Feb. 18th, 2013 at Heritage Funeral Home - Indian Trail.
