Clinton Burnett Services Tuesday

Services for Clinton James Burnett of 206 Greenwood Pl., who died Friday night in University Hospital after a short illness, will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in DeWitt Community Church, the Rev. Alexander Carmichel officiating.

Mr. Burnett was the owner of the Burnett Pharmacy at 701 S. Crouse Ave. He was a life member of the New York State Pharmaceutical Assn. and was secretary of the Onondaga County Pharmaceutical Assn. many years.

Born in East Syracuse, Mr. Burnett was graduated from Albany College of Pharmacy in 1928. He was a member of DeWitt Community Church and of the Liederkranz Club.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Thelma Houghtaling Burnett; a daughter, Miss Pat Burnett; his father, George Burnett, and a brother Arthur Burnett of Rio de Janeiro, South America.

Bearers for the funeral will be Medford Cooper, Marsden Hayes, Charles Gerberich, Seymour Bliss, Robert Yehle and Louis Golden.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and tomorrow at the family home. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens.
