She was born March 2, 1903, in Carter County, Ky., the daughter of John Douglass Potter and Tennessee Staggs Potter.
Her husband, Ara E. Jones, preceded her in death on Dec. 24, 1971.
She was a member of the Church of Christ in Christian Union.
She is survived by one son, Robert V. Jones, of Texas; and two daughters, Mrs. Ronald (Betty) Knisley, and Mrs. Howard (Lillian)
Wagoner, both of Bainbridge.
Also surviving are one brother, Robert Potter of Richmond, Indiana and two sisters; Mrs. Haley Davis, Carter Co., Ky.; and Mrs. Henry
(Anna) Davis, Greenup, Ky.
Twenty-one grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 11 step-grandchildren also survive.
One son, one daughter, one brother and four sisters preceded her in death.
Services are 1:30 P.M. Thursday at the Murray Funeral Home in Greenfield, with the Rev. Robert K. Blaine officiating. Burial will follow at Greenfield Cemetery. Visitation is after 4 P.M. today at the funeral home.
