Hazel Mildred Cox Jones Marlowe died at home, Thursday, August 22, 1991.
Mrs. Marlowe was born October 5, 1923, in Williamsburg County, a daughter of Willie Bethel Cox and Ida Ethridge Cox.
She was first married to William Faithful Jones and was the widow of Henry A. Marlowe.
She was survived by five sons, Farrel Jones, Wendell Jones, and Carl Jones, all of Andrews, and Larry Jones and Roger Jones, both of Myrtle Beach; two daughters, Betty J. Williams Toschner of Givhans and Elaine J. Smith of St. George; a brother, Eddie Cox of Georgetown; 31 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Saturday, August 24, 1991, in Williamsburg Pentecostal Holiness church, of which she was a member. Burial, directed by McKenzie Funeral Home, followed in Andrews Memorial Cemetery.
