He was a member of the Lake City Church of Christ, was an avid duck hunter. He worked as welder for Mid-America.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Margaret Johnson Lairson, one sister Sandra Lairson, one granddaughter and twin brothers.
Survived by his wife, Diane Lairson of the home, one son Randy Lairson and wife Susan of Brookland, two daughters; Angie Wiman and husband James of Lake City, Lisa Floyd and husband Jeff of Amboy Illinois, one brother Billy Ray Lairson of Ravenden Springs AR., one sister Patricia Parrish of Tulot AR. He also has four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Burial was private with Emerson Funeral Home in charge.
Honorary pallbearers were: Brandon Bailey, Ray Wright, Pete Turner, Sonny Parrish, Chase Parrish, Nathaniel Adkinson, Chris Timms, Adam Seger, Spike Wiman, Jon Floyd and the Alabama Boys
