Mrs. Esther Austin Perkins, age 93, of Waterloo, died Dec. 25, 2003, at her residence after an extended illness. She was a native and lifelong resident of Waterloo and a member of the Canaan United Methodist Church.Visitation was last evening at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will be today, Dec. 28, 2003, at 2 p.m. from Greenview Memorial Chapel, with burial to follow in Greenview Memorial Park. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Carl Creasy.Mrs. Perkins is survived by two sons, J.A.
