Crull, Florence M. VISTA -- Florence Miela Crull, 90, of Vista, CA, passed away peacefully at home and went to heaven on Sunday, June 2, 2013, surrounded by friends and family. She was born to Walter and Angeline Miela on September 13, 1922, in Chicago, IL. Florence was united in holy matrimony on November 24, 1943, to Charles R Crull, of Centerville, IN, who preceded her in death on March 4, 1992 after nearly 50 years of a joyful marriage. Florence was a devoted wife and mother, who worked as a teacher's aide at an elementary school, then obtained her Associate's degree and embarked on a career as a realtor. She was the former president of the Young Ladies' Institute of El Cajon, CA, and a volunteer and Eucharistic minister at the Church of St. Francis of Assisi in Vista, CA. She will always be remembered as a great role model and leader in the family, encouraging and exemplifying strong family values and faith. She is survived by her three daughters, Cathleen Zych of Vista, CA, Patricia Miceli and Lorraine McKinney of San Diego, CA; her son, Michael R. Crull of El Cajon, CA; her ten grandchildren, Matthew Zych of Bethesda, MD, Michele Zych of Vista, CA, Rob Miceli of San Diego, CA, Jacqueline Dale of Valley Center, CA, Amy Potter of Honolulu, HI, Rachel, Sara, and Austin McKinney of San Diego, CA, and Carolyn and Michael C. Crull of El Cajon, CA; and five great-grandchildren, Zoe Zych of Bethesda, MD, Allan, Emiley, and Sasha Garcia-Zych of Vista, CA, and Emilia Potter of Honolulu, HI. A Eucharist of Thanksgiving to celebrate her life will be held on Friday, June 7, at 10:00am at the Church of St. Francis of Assisi in Vista, CA.
