Leo Wagner, 64, of 420 West Eighth street, was burned to death early Friday morning when the W. T. Collins wagon shed at 520 Pearl, in which he was sleeping, was completely destroyed by a blaze of unknown origin, resulting in an estimated $4,000 damage. Survivors include his wife, Mary; step-son, Edgar L. Whitten; two brothers, Sam and Charles Wagner, of New Albany; and four sisters, Mrs. Emma Welch, of Detroit, Mrs. L. R. Gohmann, Mrs. Rose R.
