Obituary: Funeral services for Mrs. Bertha Gritzmacher, 68, town of Rib Mountain,who died Saturday, will be held tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Alfred Drumm, 1201 S. Seventh Avenue, and at 2 o'clock at Trinity Lutheran Church. The Rev. E.H. Bartermann will officiate and burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery. Mrs. Gritzmacher's death occurred Saturday morning shortly before noon at Mrs. Drumm's home.
She was born in Pommern, Germany, Aug. 2, 1871, and came to the United States 21 years later*. She was married her April 29, 1895**, to Julius Gritzmacher, who died in 1927. Suviving are six children, Gustave Gritzmacher, 927 S. Seventh Avenue, Mrs. Raymond Viergutz, 1915 Second Street, Mrs. Herman Warner, 909 Lincoln Avenue, Walter Gritzmacher, town of Rib Mountain, Mrs. Fred Maas, Watertown, and Mrs. Drumm; one sister, Mrs. John Dahm, 933 S. Sixth Avenue; 23 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren
