In Memory of
Capt. Samuel Redfield 3d,
who died March 13th, 1800
in the 34th Year of his age.
Here these active limbs of mine.
lie mouldring (sic) in the dust
Some hearty friend may drop tear,
on my dry bones and say,
These are once strong as mine appear
and mine must be as they.
For dust and ashes loudest speek (sic)
mans infinite concern.
