Frederick's parents are unknown at this time. Married to Florence Elizabeth Barrigan in Kingston, Ontario in 1895. They moved to Batavia, NY and Florence died in 1918 in the Spanish Flu epidemic. Frederick lived with his daughter Rebecca in Niagara Falls in his later years and died there in 1932.
