Brett Andrew LaWall, 19, 3130 S. Cherokee Road, died Monday.
He was born in Muncie, attended Cowan Elementary and Burris schools and graduated from Southside High School in June. He was active in drama at Burris and Southside High School.
He was a member of the National Guard.
Surviving are his father, Carl LaWall; grandmother, Juanita Chestnut, Muncie, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Meeks Mortuary, with Rev. Dale W. Robison, pastor of Unitarian Universalist Church, officiating. Calling at the mortuary is 5 to 8 p.m. today or before services Wednesday.
