Friends are invited to gather at his home at 7722 Stagg Rd in Snow Hill on Saturday, June 22, 2013, for refreshments starting at 10 a.m. and a funeral service at 11 a.m.
Following the funeral service, Willard's remains will go to Parson's Cemetery in Salisbury for internment next to his late wife, Mary.
