Miss Louise Pfister, 89, formerly of 105 W. Brooklyn St., Chilton, died at the Toth Nursing Home Saturday, January 20, after a long illness.

A resident of the nursing home since last June, she was born in the town of Charlestown on Nov. 16, 1883, daughter of the last John and Agnes Heisdorf Pfister.

She worked as a seamstress and was also employed at the Chilton Canning Co for many years. Miss Pfister moved to Chilton in 1962 from the town of Charlestown..

She was a member of St. Martin Catholic Church, Charlestown, and the Mission Society of St. Mary Catholic Parish, Chilton.

She is survived only by cousins.

Funeral Mass was in St. Martin Church, with the Rev. John Aschenbrener, pastor, celebrant.
