CAMDEN -- Ada Scott Yarborough, 84, widow of William Thomas Yarborough, died Friday, Feb. 13, 2004, at Kershaw County Medical Center in Camden.
Born in Richland County, she was the daughter of the late Haston C. Scott and the late Janie Logan Scott.
Mrs. Yarborough was a member of Ridgeville Baptist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Robert M. Yarborough and his wife Carol of Rutherfordton, N.C., and Michael C. Yarborough and his wife Terri of Camden; a sister, Lila Wallace of Camden, two nieces, Edna Fitzgerald of Lugoff and Hazel Ray of Cassatt; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, James Scott and a sister, Elizabeth Mason.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. Thomas L. Painter officiating.
Burial will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
