78, of Indianapolis, passed away May 23, 2013. She was born to Dallas and Katherine Critchlow on June 13, 1934 in Indianapolis. Carolyn was a graduate of Southport High School and worked as a telephone operator for Indiana Bell. Later, she worked with her husband at their shoe store. Carolyn was a member of Etz Chaim Sephardic Congregation.
She is survived by her daughters, Janice and Cynthia; grandchildren, Katherine and Elizabeth and great-grandchild, Naomi. Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband, Max and sister, Maryanne Cox.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 28 in the Etz Chaim Cemetery at 11 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation.
