He was a member of the Washington Avenue Baptist Church in Cookeville Tenn., where he served as an usher for years.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Paula Jean Hinson Boles of Cookeville, Tenn.; son, Anthony Boles & wife Beth of Chicago, Ill.; grandson, Bryce William Boles "Little Bit"; brothers, John Boles Jr. of New Orleans, Kenneth Boles, Veon Boles, & Harold Boles; sisters, Jimmi Ringley & husband Ray of Livingston, Tenn., Jerri Saad of Michigan, & Patricia Hoffman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Morse, Marse, Claude, & Leron Boles.
