Wife of the late Gene M. Turner, of Chester, SC, formerly of Walhalla

She was the daughter of the late Marion E. and Josephine Honea Harbin, and a homemaker.

Mrs. Turner is survived by a son: Russell H. Harbin and his wife Gladys of Walhalla, and a brother: Haskell Harbin of Seneca; three grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Turner was predeceased by a daughter: Betty Elwell Holt; and a great-grandson, Russell Anthony Harbin, Jr.

Graveside services were held, Friday, July 5, 2013 at Oconee Memorial Park, Seneca, SC. The Davenport Funeral Home, Inc., West Union, SC, assisted the family with the arrangements.
