Madeline Robison, 90, Julian, died Thursday, Jan. 6, 2005, at Mount Nittany Medical Center. She was born July 13, 1914, in Julian, to the late William H. and Ida McDonald Hale. She married the late Gilbert O. Robison on January 20, 1932. Mrs. Robison worked in the housekeeping department at Penn State, retiring in 1976. She was a member and a former office holder of Christ's United Methodist Church in Julian and the Unionville Senior Citizens. She enjoyed reading, flowers, spending time with her family and was famous for her exceptional baking skills, especially her fresh homemade rolls. She is survived by a daughter, Linda L. Saxion and her husband, Stan, of Bellefonte; three sons, Donald E. Robison and his wife, Janie, of Pleasant Gap, Max E. Robison, of Milesburg, and John G. "Jack" Robison and his wife, Carol, of Mingoville; a brother, John Hale of Milesburg; and 10 grandchildren, Sabrina Williams and her husband, Jackie, Dana Warrender and her husband, Mark, Cindy Fayman and her husband, Rick, Edward Robison, Michelle Herman and her husband, Greg, Jill Weaver and her husband, Mike, Shawn Robison, Carolyn Saxion-Sharp and her husband, Brad, Brenda Winder and her husband, Tim, and Kim Harpster and her husband, Frank. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Gerald W. Robison; three brothers, Leroy Hale, Robert Hale and Sherald McDonald; a sister, Lib Nighthart; and a grandson, Scott Saxion. Funeral Monday at Eloise B. Kyper Funeral Home, State College, Rev.
