Mike Abraham
Mike Abraham, 84, 1817 W. Market St., died of complications following surgery at 3:37 p.m. Wednesday in Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
He was born Feb. 18, 1896, in Syria, the son of Abraham and Catherine Abud.
A resident here since 1913, Abraham was a member of Second Christian Church.
An Army veteran of World War I, he retired in 1961 from Republic Steel Corp., where he was employed many years.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Joseph Abraham, whom he married July 3, 1927; a daughter, Janet Rudder of Northfield; two sons, Fred M. of Warren, John K. of Broadview Heights, Ohio; a brother, Kalil Abud of Brazil, S.A.; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Two sisters and two brothers preceded him in death.
Services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at the Robert H. Roberts Memorial Home. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
