His Last Will and Testament:
This is the last will and Testament of me, Isaac Bloxham, of Deerhurst Walton, Gloucestershire; yeoman, of which I appoint my wife, Elizabeth Bloxham, sole executrix. I give to the said Elizabeth Bloxham the whole of my personal estates and effects for her own use and benefit, with this reservation only, that if upon her decease and after payment of her debts and funeral expenses there shall remain any part of my said estate and effects unspent, it shall go lot my son, Thomas Bloxham, his executors, or administrators. In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand this twenty=ninth day of April in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty. Signed and published by the testator Isaac Bloxham as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses; D. Winterbotham and Joshua Thomas. Both solicitors of Tewkesbury. [ Isaac Bloxham signed ]
