She was born July 2, 1905, in Hardin, Ky., the daughter of Dennis Hartley and Molly Criswell Brindley.
In 1921, she married John Ellis Aaron, who preceded her in death on April 5, 1974.
She had lived in Sikeston for several years, and was a member of the Murray Lane Baptist Church here.
Survivors include one son, Edward Aaron; two daughters, Juanita Cathey and Dorothy Jean Mayo; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters.
Funeral service will be held Friday at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Burial will be in the IOOF Cemetery near Charleston.
