Funeral services for Edith McDonald Ingram, 92, were held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 2, 2001, at Wesley United Methodist Church with the Rev. David Surrett officiating. Burial followed in Magnolia cemetery directed by Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Wesley United Methodist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 836, Hartsville, S.C. 29550.

Mrs. Ingram, widow of Pete E. Ingram, died Saturday, June 30, 2001. Born in Darlington County, she was a daughter of the late Carl Angus and Delle Gardner McDonald. She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church. She graduated from Columbia College in 1929 and taught school for a number of years.

Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Carl (Duck) McDonald and Ina Crim Ingram of Hartsville; a sister, Mrs. W. B. (Dot) McCowen of Darlington; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Peter Elliott Ingram, Jr.
