Anthony Piazza Sr. passed away on July 11, 2013. He was born on December 5, 1937 in Norristown, Pa. A veteran of the United States Marine Corp., he married his childhood sweetheart Anna Marie DiCicco and settled into his hometown until moving his family west to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1975. Upon his completion from the Las Vegas School of Gaming, he worked in the hotel/casino industry until his retirement. He was an avid golfer and card player who enjoyed sharing stories about his childhood and growing up. He was preceded in death by his longtime spouse and leaves behind three children; Karen Villa (New Port Richey, FL), Anthony Piazza Jr., (Tonya Piazza, Las Vegas, NV), Joe Piazza (Raleigh, NC), and one sister, Kathleen Fogel (Eric Fogel, Kissimmee, FL). He was a proud grandparent to Anthony Villa, Nicolas Villa, Dani Key, Amber Piazza, Dominic Piazza, Jessica Piazza, Morgan Piazza, Madison Piazza and great-grandparent to Anthony and Joseph Villa. He was cremated and his ashes will be buried at St. Patrick's Cemetery alongside his wife and parents. He was a loyal friend whose infectious laugh will be greatly missed.
