Kathryn M. (Braun) Rohrbaugh, 87, died peacefully at 3:15 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 2005, at Barbara J. Egan Nursing Rehabilitation Center in Shrewsbury. She was the wife of Woodrow W. Rohrbaugh who died January 4, 1990. Funeral Sunday at Hanover Wesleyan Church, Hanover, Rev. Dwight Mikesell officiating and Rev. Ethan Levengood assisting. She will be laid to rest in York Road Cemetery in Hanover. Kathryn was born May 19, 1918, in Carroll County, MD, a daughter of the late William and Alice (Luckenbaugh) Braun. Mrs. Rohrbaugh was a life long member of Hanover Wesleyan Church in Hanover, where she served as pianist for 25 years. She will be sadly missed by her three daughters, Charlotte M. DeGroft of New Oxford, Arlene M. Sterner of Spring Grove, and Jane L. Mikesell of Bridgeton, NJ; three sons, Raymond C. Rohrbaugh of Seven Valleys, Norman L. Rohrbaugh of Glen Rock, and Daniel E. Rohrbaugh of Littlestown; 14 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers. [York Daily Record]
