Abigail's death has been reported as Aug. 29, 1677, but this appears to be incorrect since Elias was born 1679. Dates of 1715 and 1717 have also been reported and seem more consistent with the birth of the children and John's second marriage after her death.

John Trask married Abigail about Feb. 19, 1662. Abigail was the daughter of Elias and Bridget (Conner?) Parkman. After Abigail's death John married Mary Clarke on 13 February 1717/18.
