McClamroch, Rema
The Angel of Death has visited the home of a happy family in Kossuth, Miss. and taken as his victim our dear little Rema, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jas. L. McClamroch.
This precious little jewel was born Dec. 4th, 1893 and departed this life Tuesday, Sept. 7th 1897. This was the elder of the two children of the bereaved parents.
Possessing a most amiable disposition and sweetly bearing a sprightly countenance, she was the object of many caresses. During her short stay upon earth she suffered but little, her last illness was of only four days duration, was taken severely ill about one hour before her spirit departed to the blissful abode of all the good. Grieve not that you can not see her. She is just across the river in the shining fields of light, away from earth's ills and cares, and waiting to form at last a united household in that far off Home of the Soul, O may this sad bereavement bring the tender father and loving mother nearer the cross of their blessed Savior. May they so live, and pray, and work in the Master's vineyard here that they may at at last be made worthy to meet their angel Rema and live forever in the glorious light of God's eternal love. Mary.
