WILL: Abijah Rosier of Baltimore Co to my wife Margaret Rosier her dower, bed, two sheep, one hog, corn, crops, potatoes and all kinds of garden produce to support her and her two children during the winter and $300 when personal property sold and the whole portion above is intended for my two younger children by the said Margaret. The remainder of my estate to the children of mine by a former wife. To my 4 children Margaret Hanna, Eliza Jane Stump, Mary Ann Hedrick, and George Rosier $100 each. To son William Thomas Rosier $50 when 21, To my five children John Rosier, Hanna Jane Rosier, Sarah Rosier, Julia Ann Rosier, Dorcas Ann Rosier $100 each at 21. To my son Abijah Rosier $150 at 21. To the last six John, Hanna Jane, Sarah, Julia Ann, Dorcas Ann, and Abijah to have grain, meat, vegetables, clothing and shoes to keep them comfortable during the winter. To my son Dennis Rosier all that part of my farm lying west and south of a certain line marked out by Thomas G. Rutledge, John Rosier, and John Palmer except a lot of woodland hereafter mentioned. To my son Lewis Rosier all that part of my farm lying west and north of said lineand the lot of woodland.
