Memorial services for Cortney Baize, 31, of Porum, OK, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 20, 2013 at New Hope Assembly of God Church in Muskogee with Reverend John Overton officiating. Services are under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls.
Cortney was born November 21, 1981 at Tahlequah, OK, the son of Kevin and Sherryl (Pack) Baize and died Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at Muskogee. Cortney was a lifelong resident of the Warner and Webbers Falls area. He worked installing carpet.
Survivors include his mother, Sherryl Delozier and husband, Mike of Warner; father, Kevin Baize of Webbers Falls; siblings, Scott Delozier of Warner, Sarah McDaniel and husband, Caleb, of Richmond, VA, Casey Baize of Webbers Falls, Jessica King and husband, Donnie, of Oklahoma City, Kendra Baize of Tahlequah; grandparents, Freela Baize of Webbers Falls, Clinton and Betty Pack of Warner, Shirley Delozier of Muskogee; great-grandmother, Mary Morris of Checotah; nephews, Carson Baize and Swayzie Delozier; numerous aunts and uncles.
