Harold A. Russell, 64, died on Friday (7/7/1989) in the Medical Center Hospital, Burlington, VT.

He was born in Moira on Aug. 24, 1924, a son of David Russell Sr. and Genevieve Greenwood Russell.

He married Margaret E. Thompson on Aug. 14, 1944, at St. Mary's Church.

He served with the Air Force in World War II and was then employed at Tru-Stitch, Malone, for 12 years, and at the Central Foundry, Massena, for 29 years, until his retirement in 1986.

He was survived by his wife; two sons, Keith A., Mitchell, IN, and Lee J., Massena; two daughters, Mrs. Raymond (Joyce) Miller, Wingdale, and Mrs. Tammie Cutler, Moira; a sister, Mrs. Francis (Beatrice) Russell, Wingdale; two brothers, Merchant , Massena, and Carl, Wingdale.

A son, Larry H. Russell; two brothers, David Russell Jr. and Borden Russell and two sisters, Mrs. Raymond (Ethel) Phillips and Bertha Russell, died before him.
