He was born Dec. 6, 1975, in Norfolk, Va., and a member of Harrison United Methodist Church.
Scott was a compassionate, loving, giving person, an Eagle Scout and a graduate of Central High School Class of 1994. He received his associate degree in Applied Science/Electrical Engineering from Chattanooga State in 2001.
He is survived by his loving parents, Brenda and Herbert Hallbreg, who will miss him immensely, and several aunts, uncles, cousins and great-aunts.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, May 10, 2008, at 4 p.m. in the Highway 58 Chapel of Turner Funeral Home with the Rev. Tom Hancock officiating.
Burial will be "Private."
The family will receive friends Saturday from noon until the hour of service at the funeral home.
