Adell C. Hubbard, of Virginia Beach, departed this life on July 31, 2013. She was born July 7, 1923 in Bell's Mill, Virginia. Adell was educated in Chesapeake, VA and graduated from Booker T. Washington nursing program. She was a faithful Deaconess of Morning Star Baptist Church. Adell leaves to mourn her daughter, Delorris Stevens and her husband Eddie, Sr. ; a son, Ernest Lee Sawyer and his wife Regina ; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. A funeral service was held for her on Wednesday, August 7th, 2013 at the Morning Star Baptist Church.
