WILL: David Gemmill. to my wife Margaret Gemmill the farm I live on during her life and numerous personal property plus negro boy George. to eldest son David Gemmill of Hancock OH $5, to second son John Gemmill of York Co, PA $1, to third son James of York Co, PA $1, to youngest son Robert W. Gemmill of Harford Co $1 and one bed and one cow. to eldest dau. Susanna Duncan wife of Joseph Duncan of Harford Co $1, to 2nd dau. Margaret Gemmill of Harford Co one bed, one bureau, one cow. to my youngest dau. Jinett Gemmill of the County one bed, one cow, and a white rig in the rear. there is to be a sale of my personal property to pay debts, if deficit then to be paid out of profits of land, if a surplus then to be paid to wife and children equally. sons John and Robert W.
