Chico Record, Sunday Morning, June 2, 1912, pg 1 col 6: George [sic] M’Intyre Dead. George McIntyre, a fisherman who has been following his calling at the Sacramento river, died late last night at a local hospital after a brief illness. He is well known and highly respected in this vicinity, where he made his home for many years.
52-year-old John McIntire was interred, per the Chico Cemetery Association Records, in the plot noted, on June 4, 1912.
