Fond du Lac Reporter, Fri. June 29, 1979, p. 20:4. Mrs. Anton (Mathilda) Krebsbach, 79, of R.1, St. Cloud, died Thursday afternoon, June 28, 1979, at St. Agnes Hospital after a short illness. She was born Mar. 19, 1900, at Mt. Calvary, a daughter of the late John A. and Rosa Abler Koenigs. On Nov. 15, 1921, she was married to Anton Krebsbach at St. Peter, and they observed their golden anniversary in 1971. The couple farmed at St. Peter until 1939, moved to the St. Anna area where they farmed until 1968, retiring and moving to the present address. Mrs. Krebsbach was a member of St. Cloud Catholic Church and Christian Mothers Society. Surviving are her husband; four sons, Claude of R. 1 New Holstein, Orville of R. 2 Malone, Gerald of R.3 and Norman of R. 2, Kiel; and two daughters, Mrs. Alvin (Lucille) Daun of R. 1, St. Cloud and Mrs. Arvin (Marietta) Klemme of R. 2, Kiel. Also surviving are 26 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Laura Konen and Mrs. Frank (Loretta) Fleischman both of Fond du Lac, Mrs. Angela Stephanie of R. 1 St. Cloud, and Mrs. Louie (Marcella) Lefeber of Armstrong; and two brothers, Henry Koenigs of Johnsburg and Walter Koenigs of Fond du Lac. A sister and four brothers preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Huss Funeral Home, St. Cloud, and at 10:30 a.m. at St. Cloud Church. The Rev.
