Devoted husband to Etta Beech - they are buried next to each other in Chardon Municipal Cemetery. Their joint headstone is inscribed, "REST IN PEACE."

John died at the home of his son George Henry Beech, at 3470 E. 65 Street, Cleveland, Ohio. A picture of the family home, which was built in 1890, is shown to the right. The photo was taken in 2005.

Burr & Smith Funeral Home at Chardon, Ohio, handled the arrangements, where services were held at 2:30 p. m., on Tuesday, Feb. 18.

NOTE: John's brother, Fred (and his wife Lila) are also buried in Chardon Municipal Cemetery. Fred is the uncle of George Henry Beech, as referred to above. Without exception, all of the Beech families buried in Chardon Municipal Cemetery are related in one way or another. However, this contributor does not know all of the familial relationships.

Additional burial information: Remarks from the cemetery record shows deed #1-167 is two graves in west part of Terrace Addition. North grave, northwest corner - near Mulholland children. Interment 2/19/1941.
