Mrs. Lorion Jones Died At hospital Monday, April 23

Mrs. Lorion I. Jones, known to many as Mary Frances Jones, died Monday at the Memorial Community Hospital. She was 64 years of age having been born February 27, 1908.

Mrs. Jones was an employee of the hospital as laundry supervisor in the maintenance department. She was the daughter of the late Joel T. and Mrs. Allen. Older residents will remember her mother as Zora Brunton.

She was born at Blair and lived here all of her life. She was married September 13, 1930, to Lorion I. Jones at Glenwood, Iowa. She was the mother of two children.

A son, Allen Theodore Jones, preceded her in death in 1939. A daughter, a sister and three brothers survive. There are two grandchildren.

Funeral services are being held at the First Christian Church this morning, Tuesday, at 10 o'clock. Burial will be made in the Blair Cemetery under the direction of the Campbell Mortuary. The Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary will participate in the services.
