Miss Baxter was employed with Potsdam Hospital, Potsdam Motor Sales, the Surprise Store and Eastern Petroleum Company as a bookkeeper and accountant.
Surviving was a sister, Margaret Baxter, Potsdam, and several nieces and nephews.
