She and her family moved to the Seattle area in 1935, where she met her future husband, Robert. They married in 1938, and then moved to the Kenmore area where they raised their two daughters.
Martha was a homemaker for several years, and then worked for the Northshore School District. She retired as head cook at Inglemoor High School after ten years.
Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, brothers and sister.
Graveside Service was held Saturday, March 4th, at Abbey View Cemetery in Brier.
