Deckerville-Adam McGregor, 88, Custer Township farmer all his life, died in his home Feb. 1, after an extended illness.
He was born July 5, 1868, near McGregor.
Mr. McGregor married Miss Jennie Bopra in Deckerville, April 1, 1903. His wife died in November 1953. He was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for many years.
Surviving Mr. McGregor are three sons; James, Port Huron, and Jack and Ernest, both of McGregor; a daughter , Miss Pearl McGregor of McGregor; a grandson and three great grandchildren, four brothers, John and Gilbert, both of California and James and William, both of McGregor; two sisters Mrs. Mary Loughren, Port Huron and Mrs. Tena Davis, McGregor
Remains were in the Carmen Funeral Home, Deckerville.
Funeral services were held at 2p.m., Saturday in the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Elder Trayton Rich officiated. Burial was in Downing Cemetery.
