This stone may be for an infant child of Claude DeSeton and Emma Holcomb Ogilvy (Olgivy) who married September 9, 1900, Cory, Dade County, MO. Claude was a miner and died of Pulmonary Tuberculosis in 1919. Claude had a brother Arthur Harvey. The "H" could possibly be for Harvey.
Claude's father, George DeSeton Ogilvy (Ogilvey, Ogilvie), born 1841, died July 7, 1890 and is believed to be buried in Dade County, MO. Claude's mother Florence Nina Toogood Ogilvy married William Riley Ethridge after George's death. Florence is buried in California. I believe Florence's mother Charlotte Toogood also died in Dade County, between 1900 and 1910.
