Son of Clifford T. and Velma P. (Cook) Clement. They preceded him in death, along with his son, Barry Scott Clement. He was formerly married to Harriet Hudson. He married Sandra Clark on Feb. 15, 1989, in Peoria. She survives.
Willie is also survived by his children, William G. Clement Jr., Cheryl L. Taylor and Jeremiah Clark; brothers, Clifford (Judy), Jim (Ruthie), Larry (Verna), Tom (Vickie) and John (Barb) Clement; and sisters, Pat Knox, Linda (Roger) Harmon, Susan (Howard) Fouks, Nancy (Dave) Hamilton, Diana (Bill) Callahan and Cathy (Tom) Roman.
He retired in 2002, as a meat cutter for Raber Packing Company in Peoria.
He loved spending time on the farm with his animals and going to farm auctions.
