Adam Burkett, 60 years old, died at five o'clock Sunday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Pearl F. Pletcher, 434 North Ninth street, where he had made his home for the past 18 years. His death was caused by cerebral hemorrhage. He had suffered a stroke of apoplexy last week.
Mr. Burkett has only a half-brother and a half-sister, in Pennsylvania, surviving.
Burkett Funeral - Funeral services for Adam Burkett will be held Saturday afternoon at three o'clock at the home of Mrs. Pearl Pletcher, Rev. Father A. L. Schrock officiating. Burial will be made in Oak Ridge cemetery.
