She was born October 14, 1922 in Chicago, Illinois to Henry G. Ayasse and Ann C. Voss Ayasse. Betty married Leroy T. Pierson on November 5, 1960 in Chicago.
She was a member of Lamb of God Lutheran Church in Flower Mound and worked as vault manager for the Bank of Flower Mound.
Betty is survived by her husband; two sons and two daughters; eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and two sisters.
