He was born January 3, 1973 in Ogden, Utah to Brent D. Williams and Debra Black.
He lived in Weber County his entire life and attended Weber County Schools. Graduating in 1992 from Roy High School and Ogden Weber Applied Technology College for composites.
Justin loved playing music, and as he did, he also entertained.
Justin worked for Cutrubus Automotive Group for several years and was a DJ at Club Wet and Trails.
Special thanks to everyone at South Davis Community Hospital, the nurses and aids that looked after Justin and those that did the same for others.
He is survived by his parents, Brent D. Williams and Debra Black.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Dale and Wilda Kidman Williams, Uncle Dallas and Aunts Tanna and Judy.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 21, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West, Roy. A viewing for family and friends will be held Saturday from 1 to 2:40 p.m. prior to services.
Interment, Roy City Cemetery.
